Products and descriptions

We describe every accessory as accurately as we can, including materials and measurements. Product photographs are representative; slight variation in colour and stitching between batches is normal and is not a defect.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in the store currency and may change without notice. If an item is priced incorrectly or goes out of stock after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund. All items are subject to availability.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address cannot be served, or where stock is unavailable.

Payment

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Shopify. You confirm that any payment method you use is yours or that you have permission to use it.

Safe use of training accessories

Belts, wraps, straps and sleeves are training aids, not injury protection. Inspect your gear before each session, replace worn items, and train within your ability — ideally with professional coaching. FitLuxe is not responsible for injuries arising from training or from misuse of an accessory.

Intellectual property

The store name, layout, text and images belong to FitLuxe and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
