• Order information: name, delivery address, email address and phone number, collected when you check out.
• Payment information: processed directly by Shopify, our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Device and usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the store working and improve it.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.

How we use your information

• To process, pack and deliver your order and handle returns
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and support replies
• To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions
• To send marketing emails, only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time

Sharing with third parties

We share only what is necessary: order details with Shopify (checkout and order management) and delivery details with our courier partners. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

The store uses cookies and local storage to remember your cart between visits and to keep the checkout session working. Blocking them in your browser may prevent the cart from functioning.

Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed to meet accounting and warranty obligations. Support emails are retained for up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email support@fitluxe.store and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
